In a nutshell, you will have to download a fresh (and updated) version of the tool and install it where Grand Theft Auto 5 is installed on your PC. This should fix the Script Hook V Critical Error.

If the Menyoo trainer is not showing up in-game, they will need to install "Script Hook V" and follow steps 6,7, and 8 again.
