LEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) confirmed May 24 that a trooper was rear-ended in Lee County on Philema Road. Both vehicles sustained “disabling damage,” according to GSP.
According to GSP, a vehicle was headed west on SR 520 near the intersection of Cookville and Oakland Roads. A second vehicle was headed north on Cookville Road near its intersection with SR 520.
