VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — With the regular legislative session now in the books, a bill that outlines how animal control and other authorities must handle dangerous dogs is awaiting Gov.

While “doggy breath” may never smell like roses, it shouldn’t be too potent, either. If your dog’s breath is strongly unpleasant, it might indicate a serious underlying health condition.
