Penn State wrestling coach Cael Sanderson says the Nittany Lions are "happy and healthy" heading into the college wrestling postseason, which begins with the Big Ten Wrestling Championships.

Penn State wrestling is finally embarking on its potential historic postseason. After a week off, and without a significant test for most of the regular season, the undefeated and No. 1 Nittany Lions expect to dominate the Big Ten Championships at Northwestern University on Saturday and Sunday.
