ABC has ordered "Wipeout," a reality competition pilot from Endemol USA. The project features 50 contestants navigating through "the world's largest obstacle course" for a $50,000 cash price.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- "Wipeout," America's most epic competition show is returning to television! The series ran for seven seasons and 130 episodes on ABC between 2008 and 2014.

'Wipeout' host John Cena, who's also in the film, will mingle with writer-director James Gunn, co-star Nathan Fillion, and more as contestants try to best the show's infamous obstacle course.

John Cena is using his pull as co-host of TBS game show Wipeout to have the cast and writer-director of The Suicide Squad appear on the obstacle-course series compete on August 1.
