They had some ‘straight’ poetry, but also experimental stuff and sound poetry. Some of the sound poems of Hugo Ball, one of the founders of the Dada movement in 1916, were presented.

Some will be closer to sound poetry, others will be just music, [and] there will be some lectures also. No visuals on this tour, I think. Humor [also] seems to be unavoidable with me.” ...

He then performs these poems in a mechanical, minimalist manner. "These poems and the writing process are my way of recording and remembering the sounds of these places," he said.
