This should be the same folder that you pointed your Plex library to. Click on the icon with the green arrow pointing at the hard drive that says “Make MKV” (3rd over from the left) to begin the rip.

Under the Libraries section of the left sidebar, highlight Music, press the “…” icon, then select Edit. Use the “Add folders” menu to show Plex where your music files are located.
