Michael Jackson accusers Wade Robson and James Safechuck will get their day in court after alleging that MJJ Productions Inc. was complicit in their abuse.

Safechuck, 45, originally filed his complaint against MJJ Productions Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc. in May 2014, and Robson, 40, filed his complaint in May 2013.

MJJ Productions filed a motion Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court to quash four subpoenas issued by Jackson’s alleged sex-abuse victims, Wade Robson, 41, and James Safechuck, 46.

Wade Robson, 40, and James Safechuck, 45, claim employees of the two companies — MJJ Productions Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc. — were complicit in Jackson’s alleged sexual abuse of them.
