NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Mystic Krewe of Barkus dog parade rolled through the French Quarter on Sunday and the cast of “The Real Housewives of OC” were there to film for the show.

The City of Bogalusa is experiencing water loss at several locations and has issued a boil water advisory after multiple water main breaks occurred.
