In addition to hiring Heikkila to manage The Spot, KLN hired Soldier 6’s Mike Boehmer to be the new facility’s head trainer. The Spot hopes to train as many as 65 service dogs annually.

NutriSource, a brand of KLN Family Brands, recently opened The Spot, a service dog training facility for veterans and first responders. The Spot by Nutrisource is based out of Greenfield, Minnesota.
