India ranks among the bottom 20 in WEF’s Global Gender Gap Report 2025, with minor gains in education and economic participation but persistent gender disparities.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Tuesday hiked defense spending by 20% following last month’s deadly conflict with India.
