On the second day, in one of my personal highlights, we saw the old home of Fred Bear, an iconic bow hunter ... and I'm even more excited about the wine and restaurant tour in Traverse City ...

That bow was handmade by Fred Bear himself, sometime between the founding of his first factory in Detroit in 1933 and when he moved his manufacturing facility to Grayling in 1947.
