Now a new game is making its way to the NYT Games stable: Zorse, which is named after the hybrid animal crossed between a zebra and a horse. That should give you a sense of what the game is about.

You know, like a Zorse — a zebra horse. Gaming has been an unexpected boon for the storied newspaper. In a way, The New York Times is a gaming company now.

Hopefully, Zorse will be available more widely soon so I can try it out. It’s not out of the ordinary for the NYT to beta test new games.
