Peter J. Boylan has announced his retirement as president and chief executive officer of Ballard Brands, parent company of PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans and WOW American Eats, effective this month.

Principals in the new ownership companies -- Paul, Steven and Scotty Ballard -- also own the 53-unit Wow Cafe & Wingery concept of Covington, La., as well as five franchised PJ’s Coffee stores.
