Russia’s UTair-Express has launched ATR 72-500 flights on routes from Moscow to Voronezh and Kirov.

Russia’s largest helicopter operator, Utair Group, may ground 30% of its fleet this year due to a shortage of spare parts and components, the firm's CEO says.

Russian carrier Utair, as well as a division of powerplant manufacturer United Engine, are being sanctioned by the European Union in relation to the Ukrainian conflict.
