Last year, over 16 million vehicles drove on North Texas toll roads without paying, accumulating more than $69 million in unpaid tolls.

Texas was hit with winter weather in the central and southeastern portions of the state, which has caused numerous Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) driver license office locations to close.
