The arrest of Jackson Hopper in October led to six officers from three departments being charged themselves with allegations including assault.

Six Tennessee officers are scheduled to appear in court next week on charges including the use of excessive force while arresting a man suspected of killing his ex-girlfriend at a Memphis-area park and then leading authorities on a three-county chase.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials said the six officers from three different West Tennessee agencies have been booked and released on bond.
