Tap on the Tab key and you will see the classic Alt+Tab menu. You can keep tapping the Tab key (while holding the left Alt key) to switch to the opened applications.

Go to Windows Settings > System > Multi-tasking. Over here, you will see the Alt + Tab section. Use the dropdown menu and select Open Windows Only. Now see if Alt + Tab is working for you or not ...
