The interior of the former Cephas Christian Church sits ruined on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025 after a Monday three-alarm fire that gutted the historic structure. The church, once home to Friedens United Church of Christ and located at the intersection of 19th Street and Newhouse Avenue, was most recently operated by Ladies of Peace Unlimited.
