How Thabane Ledwaba takes the township's daily bread, known as “kota” because of the quarter loaf of bread, a popular street food classic in South Africa, to the next level.
An American woman posted a video showing the gluten-free meal she was served during a Soweto township tour. To cater to her dietary needs, they swapped the kota for chips and some side sauces.
