So, how serious is this debate? According to Sarah Smyth, Weet-Bix Brand Manager at Sanitarium, the answer is: not at all. Weet-Bix has claimed there is no correct way to enjoy the cereal.
But food giant Sanitarium, which owns rival brand Weet-bix, has objected to it being sold. The shop's owner has been told the cereal will only be released if a sticker is put over the Weetabix label.
