And that’s where Peeqo comes in. According to his creator, Abhishek Singh, Peeqo is the first robot to ever exclusively communicate through gifs.

EngineAI Robotics unveiled its first humanoid robot just four months ago, while the front-flipping one that you see here, called PM01, launched in December.

The robot doesn’t only respond to questions with appropriate GIFs. It also has a voice-activated camera, a speaker on its head and microphones in its ears.
