Nothing says recession quite like employee pricing for everyone, so it’s fitting that Ford has announced the program’s return on the same day the stock market has plunged more than 1,430 points in response to President Trump’s devastating tariffs.

The Ford Motor Company on Thursday announced that it would allow car shoppers to buy its 2024-25 vehicles, including gas, electric and hybrid-powered models, at the discounted price the automaker offers to its employees.
