Launch the Process Explorer program and locate the icon that says, “Find Windows Process.” Drag the icon and drop it on the file, and it will instantly reveal the process.
Right-click on the process and select End Task. Once the process ends, reboot your PC. Press the Windows logo key + L. Click on the Power icon in the bottom-right corner and select Restart.
