AUSTIN, Texas - Thousands of Austin Energy customers are without power Tuesday due to high winds, says the utility. As of 3:14 p.m., 25,115 Austin Energy customers are without power due to 110 active outages, according to the utility's outage map.

AUSTIN (KXAN) — More than 14,000 Austin Energy customers are without power throughout the Austin area as high winds continue to soar in the Austin area, according to energy officials. Austin Energy expects more outage to happen between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. as winds pick up, the agency told KXAN.
