A new set of images gives us an early look at the slimmer PlayStation 5. The console is slimmer and shorter than the original PS5, but it comes with an optional detachable disc drive.

The shots show that the PS5 Slim is a lot smaller and slimmer than its older sibling, but its design is just as strange. Possibly more strange, considering how exaggerated the new curves appear to be.

If you take a close look between the PlayStation logo and the 30 in the image below, you’ll see what many fans have picked up on: a foreign PS5 design that features three stripes on its side.
