Spain produces roughly half of the world's olive oil. Most of that comes from a single cooperative in the south of the country, where 75,000 families work together to farm their groves.

The last two years have seen olive oil skyrocket thanks to droughts in Spain which produces half the world's supply. A two litre bottle which once cost £7 could now set you back £16 or more.
