Quick thinking by registered nurse Holly Hoover saved the life of Jupiter Elementary first-grader Ava Sayegh, and on Monday morning the 7-year-old’s parents and school officials said thank you.

First-grader Ava Sayegh went to see Jupiter Elementary School nurse Holly Hoover in February, saying her throat was bothering her. The problem was much worse than a sore throat.
