Vector was released in the dying days of 2013, and apparently Nekki GmbH couldn't have worse timing, because nobody seems to have even heard of it. There are two whole reviews of it on Metacritic.

At that point, Mirror’s Edge ceased to be fun. Mirror’s Edge 2D, an online Flash game by EA2D and Borne Games, has found an ingenious fix to this problem. Simply put, they keep you running.

Mirror's Edge delivers players straight into the shoes of a modern day heroine as she traverses a vertigo-inducing cityscape, engaging in intense combat, fast-paced chases and challenging puzzles.

Tie-in games, viral ads, and and other ways of pulling you into a game's universe usually fall flat, but I decided to give the 2D version of Mirror's Edge a try. I suggest you do the same.
