U.S. Marshals arrested Luis Francisco Soriano, a fugitive wanted for the murders of two children and their parents in New York before he allegedly fled to Puerto Rico and later the Dominican Republic.

The USMS located and removed 123 children from dangerous situations, and an additional 77 children were found in safe locations. Endangered runaways made up 177 of the 200 children recovered.

The letter comes after months of ABC15 reporting on the incident where USMS says they believed she was a woman wanted for an outstanding warrant from 1999.
