Japan's Miki Ishii and Megumi Murakami won the first women's match of the beach volleyball tournament at the Tokyo Olympics by default after their Czech opponents withdrew due to COVID-19.

They'll take on Miki Ishii and Akiko Hasegawa of Japan, who were tied for the longest odds to win gold pre-tournament amongst all teams. Odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
