Click the option to go to Microsoft Teams Admin Center. There, expand the Teams apps menu by clicking the drop-down arrow icon and from the list of options displayed select Setup Policies.

Open the Microsoft Teams app on your Android mobile to join a meeting. When the meeting is going on, tap on the More options or the three-dotted icon to select the Start Recording option.
