THE OWNER of a sauce and jacket potato business is returning to the city centre. After two years running The Sauce Shop in Bath Road, Mark Symonds will soon open The Saucy Spud in The Hopmarket.

Mark Symonds is the owner of The Spice Shack in Worcester - home of 'Mark's Hot Stuff'.
