MDOT said five miles of M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) from Sandpiper Drive, north of Henry B. Joy Boulevard, in northern Clinton Township to 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Township is scheduled to be resurfaced.

“What we’re going to do is we’re actually going to do a preventative maintenance on the Zilwaukee Bridge,” said Steve Katenhus, the Bay City Transportation Service Centers manager for MDOT.
