The North Las Vegas Fire Department responded to the scene near Losee Road and West Cheyenne Avenue at approximately 2:06 p.m. Firefighters arrived to find a later-model van fully engulfed in flames.

It happened in the 2200 block of Losee Road around 6:00 a.m., October 16th, involving a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 636 motorcycle and a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by 38-year-old Armando Dominguez.
