Thousands of residents across the recently typhoon-battered Bicol region were to be evacuated ... on red alert since Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine” (Trami) hit on Oct. 21.

Visayas and Mindanao have been flooded as a result of Typhoon Kristine. Southern and Northern parts of Luzon have been greatly affected, in particular the Bicol Region at Quezon Province.
