LP Building Products has launched LP Legacy premium sub-floor with Gorilla Glue Technology, offering superior strength, industry-leading stiffness.

The trouble is that the subfloor in the attic is tongue and groove oriented strand board (OSB). Removing a piece in the middle of the room will allow me all the access I need.

OSB has a rough, unfinished side and a smooth side with a thin, moisture-resistant finish. When installing on a roof or subfloor, the rough side should be facing up to provide traction for walking.
