OSHA found that LMA Services Company LLC, a general contractor based in Stoughton, could have prevented the death of Roger Porter, 63, of East Sandwich if it had followed proper safety precautions.

The 63-year-old man was working for LMA Services of Stoughton when a skid-steer loader fell on top of him. An East Sandwich man was killed while working construction at Brockton Hospital Monday.
