Initially Sony TV, the channel on which the show would aired, had designed the logo minus the rupee symbol, but then at the insistence of Amitabh incorporated the symbol to the KBC logo.

NEW DELHI: The famous KBC logo has got a makeover thanks to Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has got the new symbol incorporated for the fourth season of the \'\'Kaun Banega Crorepati\'\'.

"Insisted Sony to incorporate the new rupee symbol in the KBC logo.They did. Looking so cool," Amitabh posted on his Twitter page. The 67-year-old also uploaded a picture of the logo on his blog .
