John Ramsey Chinn was in the news 20 years ago after a murder in Lakewood. He was a suspect in the murder of 10-year-old Jakeob McKnight but was never charged.

John Ramsey Chinn was charged with one count of distribution of a schedule 2 controlled substance, the painkiller oxycodone, said Sgt. Jason Anderson of the South Metro Drug Task Force.

The journal writings were revealed in an arrest-warrant affidavit as John Ramsey “Felix” Chinn was recently charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
