A man was walked out of the Macy's retail store with a shiny new pair of handcuffs after he thought he would get lucky for the third time jewelry heist.

The lawsuit claimed a former inmate was punched in the face by a jailer, repeatedly, while they were using handcuffs like brass knuckles.
