Jets QB retiring at 24 due to injury that led to Florida State’s playoff snub
The New York Jets announced the surprising decision by second-year quarterback Jordan Travis on Wednesday. A fifth-round pick (No. 171 overall) out of Florida State in 2023, Travis sustained a serious injury to his left leg in his final college game against North Alabama on Nov. 18, 2023.
