Azul stock rises on merger progress with GOL - MSNInvesting.com -- Shares of Azul (NYSE:AZUL) climbed 3% in US premarket trading following the announcement of significant progress towards a potential merger with GOL.
AZUL announced several debt restructuring agreements, for as much as $1.3 billion, plus $500 million in new financing, and a potential (non-binding) combination with its competitor Gol.
