A preliminary hearing scheduled today in Boulder County District Court for accused serial rapist and former Aspen real-estate agent Bradford T. Wagner has been postponed until Aug. 20.

His father, George “Billy” Wagner III, has pleaded not guilty in the killings. No trial date is set. The killings in April 2016 occurred at three trailers and a camper near Piketon.
