Liverpool boss Arne Slot has been charged with being abusive to match officials during Wednesday's stormy Merseyside derby at Everton.

The Liverpool boss and his assistant confronted the match officials while both teams are charged with failing to control their players and staff.

Liverpool manager Arne Slot has been given a two-match touchline ban, after the Dutchman was sent off during a stormy end to his side's 2-2 draw with Everton in Wednesday's Merseyside derby, the Premier League has said.
