William, the Prince of Wales, will attend the funeral of Pope Francis on Saturday on behalf of his father, King Charles III, Kensington Palace confirmed on Tuesday, per the BBC. Pope Francis died at 88 on Monday. His cause of death was a stroke, which resulted in a coma and the “collapse of his cardiovascular system,” per The New York Times.

Prince William will attend Pope Francis’ funeral Saturday in place of his father, King Charles. The Prince of Wales will be representing his father at the Vatican funeral, Kensington Palace announced.

The Palm Beach Post 's Tom D'Angelo reported Travis Hunter Sr. received permission from a judge to make the trip to Green Bay, Wisconsin. The elder Hunter is serving his three-year probation stemming from a 2023 arrest on gun and drug charges. One condition is that he remained confined at home for the first year.
