Cabanas and artificial palm trees helped fuel the fire that broke out at The Cosmopolitan hotel of Las Vegas on Saturday, Clark County Assistant Fire Chief Sandra Baker said.

The blaze started Saturday around noon on an outdoor roof top deck on the 14th floor of the hotel. The fire engulfed the poolside space and set cabanas and decorative palm trees on fire.
