It's happened before. The official size on the disc is 161MB. If I extract the CD image using Extract CD <Image> -> RAW (*.bin, *.iso) it creates a 190MB iso file.
If the ISO file contains installation media you can run Setup directly, without the tedious step of extracting files. One feature that isn't obvious right away is how to unmount a virtual DVD.
However, you can extract the RAR file content through WinRAR and then use an ISO creator, like PeaZip, IsoCreator, etc., to pack the extracted content into an ISO image.
