EBCO Venture Center building tenants were put on a 30-day notice to vacate March 15. The building has had electrical and fire code violations since fall 2024, according to inspection documents.

Sheboygan Area Pay It Forward is temporarily closing April 6. The nonprofit is among tenants being forced out of the EBCO building by April 15, deemed non-compliant with municipal codes.
