DeForest Kelley, best remembered as “Star Trek’s” Leonard “Bones” McCoy, died from stomach cancer on June 11, 1999, at the Motion Pictures and Television Fund Hospital in Los Angeles.
Prior to his gig on "Star Trek" in 1966, actor DeForest Kelley ... His final movie, meanwhile, was 1998's "The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars." Kelley passed in 1999 at the age of 79.
